We are seeking a Security Specialist to help safeguard our people, facilities, equipment, and information. In this role, you’ll partner with our current Security Specialist and report to the Risk Manager to ensure our physical security systems, policies, and emergency protocols are strong, effective, and always improving.

What You’ll Do
Manage Security Systems – Oversee and maintain security equipment, issue access credentials, and respond promptly to access-related issues.
Respond to Incidents – Act as the first point of contact for alarms and emergencies, investigate security breaches, and document all incidents.
Promote Awareness – Develop and deliver security training, ensuring all team members understand and follow security policies.
Plan for Emergencies – Support the development and execution of emergency response plans, including drills and coordination with local authorities.
Collaborate & Improve – Work side-by-side with another Security Specialist to review procedures, identify risks, and recommend enhancements.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2–5 years of similar or related experience; law enforcement background preferred but not required.
Education: High school diploma required; some college preferred.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with security regulations and industry best practices.
Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
