ONSITE OPPORTUNITY
This role is required to be full-time in office in Eugene, Oregon. As a result, only candidates in Eugene or surrounding municipalities should apply.
POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Technical Support Representative at iHomefinder, you’ll be on the front lines assisting clients and partner web developers with the configuration, integration, and use of our hosted website and IDX search products. You'll communicate directly with users to diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and guide them through implementation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning web technologies, and helping others succeed.
This role includes a technical proficiency assessment during the interview process. Topics may include HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and general troubleshooting.
This position is a full-time, onsite position based out of iHomefinder's corporate office in Eugene, OR and pays $22.00 - $25.00 per hour.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred
Provide responsive and friendly support via email, phone, and live chat
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to website configuration, IDX integration, and third-party platforms (e.g., WordPress)
Collaborate with external web developers to assist with custom website integrations
Escalate advanced or unresolved issues to internal teams as needed
Identify and document support issues and resolutions to improve internal knowledge sharing
Assist partner firms and resellers with onboarding, training, and best practices
Continuously learn about our product features, integrations, and support tools
Contribute to customer support metrics and reporting
Perform other duties as assigned
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
1 - 2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field
Working knowledge or familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
A technical aptitude for learning web technologies and software tools
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
A friendly, empathetic, and patient approach to customer interactions
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
Familiarity with WordPress and/or website content management systems is a plus
OTHER DESIRED SKILLS
Experience supporting software products or working with real estate clients
Previous exposure to CRMs, IDX platforms, or marketing automation tools
A curious mindset and interest in continuous improvement
This position will remain open through August 15th, 2025.
