The Infrastructure and Platform Services team (IPS) is the backbone of EA's global gaming ecosystem, delivering the technology that powers EA's live games and player experiences. IPS provides a deep portfolio of digital platform gaming services and production infrastructure to EA's game studios. From scalable cloud solutions to AI-driven gameplay services, IPS ensures that EA's games are available anytime, anywhere for millions of players worldwide.As a Technical Program Manager on the Production Infrastructure & Engineering (PI&E) team, you will lead the delivery of secure, scalable infrastructure and platform services that power EA's live games and services. You'll drive end-to-end execution of complex technical programs—ranging from cloud infrastructure and platform automation to service modernization and fleet operations—by aligning teams across security, infrastructure, and studios. You will report to the Senior Manager, Program Management.Responsibilities:You will lead security-driven programs partnering with EA's security organization, game studios, services, and central platform teams for security best practices, compliance requirements, and risk management strategies.You will apply security expertise to collaborate with engineering teams to identify and define objectives and key results (OKRs), project scope, technical requirements, and measurable results.You will manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and change of plans, ensuring alignment and issue resolution through formal governance processes.You will provide verbal and written status reporting to partners with accurate project deliverable insights and risk mitigations.Qualifications:An active CISSP certification5+ years of cross-functional program management experience leading complex security initiatives across on-prem data centers, network protocols, identity and access management, and cloud service providers.3+ years of experience in technical account management, and ability to work with diverse stakeholders across business and engineering teamsExperience with cloud and security ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure, CI/CD, GitOps workflows, CNCF, CVEs, firewalls) and understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and modern cloud engineering practices and toolsThis is a hybrid remote/in-office role.
