- Ensure all electrical systems are safe and fully operational before resident move-ins; document completed work accurately in the company’s management system with notes, timestamps, and photos.
- Monitor inventory of electrical supplies and coordinate with the Construction Manager to place orders, track usage, and manage related budgets and costs.
- Complete assigned work orders and tasks in a timely and professional manner, as directed by the Construction Manager or Project Coordinators.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Essential Qualifications:

- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in team environments.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced work environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50-75 pounds at times.
All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record search.
