Job Overview:

The Operations and Logistics Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our distribution network, ensuring that products are delivered accurately and efficiently. This role involves managing logistics, optimizing supply chain processes, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Logistics Management:

o Plan, implement, and oversee logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

o Coordinate with warehouse, delivery, sales and supply chain leaders to make sure timely and accurate deliveries are made meeting Nebraska Liquor Commission and Eagle standards.

o Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

2. Operations Oversight:

o Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.

o Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.

o Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company standards throughout the distribution process.

3. Team Leadership:

o Lead and mentor a team of logistics and operations staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.

o Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.

4. Customer Relations:

o Maintain strong relationships with vendors, and customers to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly.

o Address and resolve any logistical or operational challenges that arise, providing timely solutions.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting:

o Utilize data analytics to monitor performance, forecast demand, and make informed decisions.

o Prepare and present regular reports on logistics and operations performance to senior management.

6. Continuous Improvement:

o Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.

o Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate new strategies into operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Associate degree and/or equivalent training and work experience in Business operations

· Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in operations.

· 4+ years ERP/Logistics systems experience
