Woodside Bible Church is seeking a passionate and strategic ministry leader to serve as Student Ministry Associate Director (Middle School) at our Troy Campus. This full-time, salaried position reports to the Student Ministry Director and focuses on the discipleship and development of students in grades 6–8.
The ideal candidate is a gifted communicator, relational shepherd, and visionary leader who thrives in a collaborative, gospel-centered environment. They will lead weekly programming, mentor students, equip adult and student leaders, and partner with families to help middle schoolers grow in their faith and spiritual maturity. This role also engages in church-wide student ministry events and initiatives across our multi-site model.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (ministry, theology, or education)
3–5 years of relevant student ministry experience
Strong teaching, leadership, and relational skills
A personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
