Job Summary:
The Landscaping Technician directly reports to the Repair and Maintenance Manager. In this position, you will work with a team to make sure that NOC grounds are maintained and meet the needs of the user at all campus operations and staff housing properties. NOC Maintenance and Repair employees must have a positive attitude when interacting with guests, contract service providers, and fellow staff members.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for lawn care at NOC Main Campus and Staff Housing locations.
- Mowing
- Weed eating
- General grounds upkeep
- Assist the Repair and Maintenance team with projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficient with commercial grade mower and weed eater
- Previous experience with lawn care a plus
- Proven experience driving with trailer, must demonstrate upon hire
- Valid Driver’s License
- Good people skills
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to bend, twist, stoop
- Must be 21 as the position requires driving of company vehicles
