Core Responsibilities:
- Contacts patient at appropriate time concerning reorder of supplies
- Ensures proper documentation of supplies needed and supplies still on hand
- Verifies the patient's address, insurance, and any other needed information prior to processing the patient's reorder
- Communicates with facilities if new order is needed in order to process patient's reorder
- Keep accurate documentation of patient's who request call back in order to ensure patients are contacted for reorder
- Perform other duties as assigned
