CTN serves over 500 families annually through high-quality Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy services in our clinic-based locations in Ventura County.

Annual salary for full-time therapists: $75,000–$120,000
Part-time compensation: $55,000–$75,000 average annually

Your Role as a Pediatric Physical Therapist
As a PT at CTN, you’ll provide 1:1 treatment to children in our fully equipped sensory and gross motor clinics. You’ll collaborate with caregivers and your interdisciplinary team to develop treatment plans, track progress, and help children achieve functional goals that matter—whether that’s climbing stairs, playing at recess, or simply gaining independence.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform evaluations, re-evaluations, and individualized care plans
Deliver evidence-based PT interventions focused on motor function and mobility
Educate families and caregivers on exercises and techniques for home use
Document services thoroughly and submit reports in a timely manner
Contribute to team discussions and client progress planning
What Success Looks Like
95% positive family satisfaction (measured randomly)
80% of proposed therapy goals met at re-evaluation
100% of billable hours completed (based on your agreed caseload)
90%+ client arrival rate for scheduled sessions
100% documentation completed within 24 hours of session
Evaluations and progress reports submitted within 48–72 hours
Who You Are
Licensed Physical Therapist in California
Minimum 2 years of experience preferred (new grads with strong clinical interest in pediatrics also welcome)
Strong interest or experience in pediatric gross motor development
Clear communicator with families, caregivers, and colleagues
Organized, adaptable, and efficient with documentation and planning
Passionate about helping children gain confidence and independence
Preferred Attributes
Experience with torticollis, toe-walking, low tone, motor delays
Knowledge of sensory processing and early childhood development
Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a plus
Positive, team-oriented, and solution-focused
Comfortable in a fast-paced but supportive clinic environment
