Job Overview
- Design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions using Databricks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver efficient data solutions
- Implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses/data lakes
- Optimize and troubleshoot Databricks workflows and performance issues
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data integration and Databricks
Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Databricks (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of any ETL tool (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS) (Mandatory)
- Well-versed in data warehousing and data lake concepts
- Proficient in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
