Hybrid Distribution Assistant - Evening Shift at Compass Coffee

As a Evening Shift Distribution Assistant:

• Accurately and safely pack Compass cafe orders
• Deliver alone to our cafes throughout the Washington region
• Deliver a variety of cafe products including papergoods, coffee, frozen pastries and refrigerated milk
• Assist in stocking, cleaning and other warehouse operations
• Clean Compass vehicles and warehouse spaces

You'll make a great Evening Shift Distribution Assistant if you are:

• A coffee lover! That includes drinking it, making it and talking about it
• Able to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
• Strong attention to detail to ensure the complete and accurate delivery of orders
• Dependable, committed to the safe and effective delivery of our products to closed cafes
• Comfortable driving a box truck throughout the Washington region
• Self starter, capable of completing a delivery route on your own 

Basic Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Available to work evening hours (starting at 5pm)
• Current valid driver's license (No CDL required!)
• Able to lift 75lbs, 100lbs with a partner
