Compensation Range:  75,000.00 to 90,000.00 Annually



Position Summary

The Finance Analyst will report directly to the VP of Finance and play a critical role in supporting financial planning and analysis (FP&A), coordinating with our accounting team, and ensuring efficient finance operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for a driven individual looking to grow within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.


  

Key Responsibilities

  • FP&A Support
         Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models. Assist in performance tracking and variance analysis to support strategic initiatives.
  • Finance  Operations
         Support day-to-day financial activities including expense management, billing, accounts reconciliation, and cash flow tracking.
  • Accounting Coordination
         Serve as a liaison with our accounting team to ensure accurate month-end close processes, reporting, and compliance.
  • Reporting & Analysis
         Generate internal financial reports and dashboards. Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights to management.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
         Partner with teams across engineering, sales, and operations to align financial planning with business goals.
  • Special Projects
         Assist the VP of Finance on ad hoc initiatives such as fundraising support, system improvements, and financial due diligence.

   

Requirements

  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • 2–3 years of experience in financial services, corporate finance, accounting, or finance roles within a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with modeling skills using Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Epicor, or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative working style.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
