We are recruiting a Marketing and Business Development Assistant to provide business development and marketing support to the Litigation, Regulatory & Tax (“LRT”) practice group, specifically the Regulatory teams, on a range of marketing and business development activities that align with the group’s objectives.
As a representative of the Business Development team, you will work with team members to deliver a variety of initiatives, including events, collateral updates, internal and external communications, and profile-raising campaigns.
This role can be based out of any of our UK offices, and our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however as an inclusive employer, we are willing to consider any flexible working requests.
Candidate Overview
We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a Marketing or Business Development role – ideally within a legal or professional services environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, to be able to deal with stakeholders at multiple levels and across various teams.
- Great organisational skills, with experience creating highly accurate and detailed work.
- Evidence of being proactive in your work and taking the initiative for your own workload.
- Able to adapt to a fast-changing environment, showing resilience and bouncing back if setbacks occur.
