As a representative of Place Showroom, the ideal candidate will have established relationships with specialty accounts throughout the US. This is a dynamic position and will provide the candidate with the opportunity to work with amazing brands. The candidate should be a quick learner, self-starter, dependable, and proactive with the ability to excel under pressure.
The candidate shall participate in all major trade shows and markets across the US, as well as service accounts through travel & road work in key territories. As Specialty Account Executive, the position focuses on building strategies to expand the candidate's sales amongst our dress brands, assisting the brands and clients with their inventory and sales, and working in tandem with a supportive and innovative team.
Primary Duties
Dress focused wholesale sales to specialty stores
Participate in product knowledge seminars with designers
Travel to trade shows and key accounts throughout the US
Identifying new business opportunities
Develop strategies to maintain and increase the business
Requirements
Exceptional communication skills and sales-driven focus
A minimum of 2 years in a women's wholesale sales role
Must have established relationships with key women's specialty stores in the southern and/or southwestern US.
Excellent people skills
Demonstrated ability to build and curate professional industry-driven relationships
Ability to work well in in high-pressure, fast-paced industrySound knowledge of current industry and market trends
Keen analytical skills; Excel proficiency a plus
Ability to travel up to 50%
Must have valid driver's license
Must live in the metro Atlanta or Dallas area, no remote candidates will be considered
