Position: Healthcare Marketer – Hospice | Home Health | Palliative Care

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Strategic Marketing Plans

• Collaborate with Senior Leadership to develop comprehensive marketing strategies
• Identify key referral sources: physicians, hospitals, long-term care facilities, group homes, and more

Manage Referral Relationships

• Build and nurture strong connections with healthcare providers
• Educate referral sources about Aspen’s Hospice, Home Health, and Palliative Care services

Lead Community Outreach

• Represent Aspen at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
• Organize educational workshops for both professionals and the general public

Analyze & Adapt

• Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and patient needs
• Use data to refine strategies and maximize impact

Track & Report Success

• Monitor referral trends, marketing ROI, and community engagement
• Report results and insights to senior leadership

Maintain Compliance

• Ensure all marketing efforts adhere to HIPAA, anti-kickback laws, and healthcare regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare
• Strong communication, relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with healthcare referral networks and community outreach
• Self-starter with a heart for service and a head for strategy
