We are hiring for the role of Administrative Assistant in the Street Department.
Essential Job Functions
  • Greet office visitors, monitor gate entrances, and answer telephone. 
  • Perform various administrative duties in assisting department personnel. 
  • Assist in processing encroachment permit applications. 
  • Enter information into proprietary vendors' ticketing system. 
  • Maintain various databases.
