Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Insights:
- Analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and vendor performance data to identify areas for improvement and cost containment.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Inventory Management
- Assist in managing inventory levels, including analyzing and determining stocking levels, and reviewing and managing sales forecasts to ensure high customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Collaborate with the Parts & Supplies Product Manager and the Order Management team to optimize product and vendor portfolio, by market.
- Vendor Management
- Support the Parts & Supplies Product Manager and Director in negotiating vendor programs and optimizing vendor relationships.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing and merchandising strategies for both in-store and digital channels.
- Business Development:
- Support the development of programs and strategies to recruit new business and develop existing business relationships (both vendor and customer).
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and provide recommendations to the Parts & Supplies Product Manager and Director.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, purchasing, or a related field. Prior experience in the HVAC industry or inventory planning background a plus.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, BI, and data visualization software. Excellent communication and collaboration skills (written and verbal). Ability to handle multiple priorities and follow guidelines and schedules closely.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the HVAC industry or inventory planning background a plus.
Work Environment: Hybrid Schedule, working 2 days minimum at the office/branch a week.
