What is the role?
The Bodyshop Technician is responsible for performing approved cosmetic and structural vehicle repairs, prepping and refinishing panels, and ensuring all work meets Crystal Clean’s quality and safety standards. This role supports the bodyshop team by delivering timely and consistent repairs with minimal rework.
What will you be responsible for?
- Performing approved body repairs and refinishing services according to SOPs
- Prepping and refinishing panels using proper materials and application techniques
- Ensuring all repairs meet finish quality and durability standards
- Following PPE requirements and safety protocols throughout repair work
- Documenting repair progress, completion status, and materials used
- Flagging unclear or incomplete work orders before beginning repairs
- Reporting damaged tools, missing supplies, or equipment issues
- Self-inspecting completed work before marking the vehicle as complete
- Keen attention to detail and quality, without getting stuck on minor details until the majority of work is done.

- Capable of labor intensive work all day
- Flexible with moving from one project to another at any time
- Some knowledge of most commonly used tools and materials needed to remove bumpers, parts and other panels.
- Awareness of cleaning up after themselves following each project (i.e. putting away tools, materials, clean up floor of debris/dust)
- Good punctuality and communication
