Job Purpose/Summary:

This position provides analysis within the Revenue Growth Management team supporting Customer and Category pricing. Ideal candidate will build on prior educational and professional experiences to assist in the develop of analytics to deliver visibility and insights specific to Cost and Margin. The analyst will help conduct business process analysis to help improve pricing, costing operations, and management. This role will be responsible for entering, adjusting, and communicating customer programs for the Foodservice Prepared Revenue Management Team. This position will work in a highly collaborative environment and need to develop strong communication and leadership skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pro-actively providing analysis in all category and customer related activities
• Qualitative and quantitative analysis of key margin challenges
• Support Sales and BU to meet margin and volume goals
• Provide market information to Sales and BU’s that help in decision making
• Support analysis of Customer Trade buckets to drive incremental growth
• Provide analysis of FMV to Sales and BU that support pricing decisions
• Enter customer programs in Forge (Tyson’s Trade Management system)
• Manage changes needed to existing customer programs in Forge
• Communicate customer programs and program changes to Sales and Distributors as needed
• Request new Customer Master Records for Operator Customers as needed
• Candidates should be comfortable working with cross-functional project teams that include Trade and Customer Pricing, R&D, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing functional

Requirements:

Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or other business related field preferred.

Experience: 1- 3 year’s experience in accounting, finance, economics, or other business-related fields.

Computer Skills: Excellent analytical skills with sound expertise in financial modeling and analysis. Strong systems and spreadsheet skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Vistex, Blacksmith Communication Skills: The ability to work cross-functionally and to manage a large number of complex projects simultaneously with a proven track record of customer focus (both internal and external). Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Travel: Limited travel expectations (1 – 2 trips annually)

Location: Tyson Foods Corporate Office, Springdale AR. Remote/hybrid work is not available.
