WALTER W. BROWN SCHOOL – EDUCATIONAL ASSOCIATE – PART-TIME - TEMPORARY
Invites applications for a part-time (0.9 FTE - 27hrs/wk) temporary Educational Associate at Walter W. Brown School. Walter W. Brown School is a Grade 6 - 12 school, located in Langham, SK, which is approximately 34 km from Saskatoon. This CUPE position begins September 2, 2025, and ends June 26, 2026. The starting salary for this position is $20.04 per hour or $21.43 depending on level of post-secondary education.
Prairie Spirit School Division is the largest rural school division in Saskatchewan, with over 11,000 students and 45 schools located in 28 communities surrounding the city of Saskatoon, including three First Nations and nine Hutterian communities. Prairie Spirit has a dedicated team of professional and support staff serving Prekindergarten to Grade 12 students.

Applicants for Educational Associate positions within Prairie Spirit must be prepared to support students in the following areas:
- Under the supervision of a teacher or other professional staff, assist students who require intensive support in the development of gross and fine motor abilities and basic life skills by demonstration, physical assistance and manipulation.
- Provide students with assistance in dressing, eating, toileting, and transportation. An Educational Associate may be asked to administer medication in accordance with Board of Education Policy 413 – Administering Medications and Medical Treatment to Students.
