- Typing Certificate:
- Dated within the last five years
- 40 NET Words Per Minute
- Online typing tests are NOT accepted
- Timed test not less than three (3) minutes

Attachments must be scanned and submitted through Edjoin. Please do not mail or fax attachments to the District Office. If you have problems with Edjoin, please contact the Edjoin Help Desk at (888) 900-8945.
A WRITTEN CLERICAL SKILLS TEST will be administered to selected applicants. Applicants must pass with a grade of 80 percent or better. Applicants who have previously passed this test are not required to take it again.
Requirements / Qualifications
To apply, APPLICANTS must complete an online application through Ed-join (www.edjoin.org) by the deadline date.
EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE: Any combination of training and experience which would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required knowledge and abilities would be: Two years of previous experience in record keeping and office support work.
DISTRICT EMPLOYEES must apply using a password-protected, In-District application through Ed-join at www.edjoin.org. The password is available from the Human Resources Office (916-624-2428), or your site secretary.
