We are seeking a Facilities Shift Supervisor to support our team of talented maintenance technicians while also rolling up your sleeves to tackle a variety of tasks from electrical and plumbing to HVAC and custom repairs. What is expected of YOU:

As a Facilities Shift Supervisor, you're expected to lead a team of maintenance technicians while actively participating in day-to-day tasks. You’ll handle a variety of duties; including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs while also ensuring the property runs smoothly and safely. Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and hands-on technical skills are key to your success in this role.

Experience YOU will need:

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.

• HVAC and electrical certification is preferred.

• Must have a high school diploma, GED, or technical school degree.

• A minimum of 1–2 years + of related experience or specialized training in key maintenance areas such as electrical and plumbing.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, sit and walk for long durations, potentially up to 8 hours.

• You should be comfortable with a range of physical activities, including bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting, reaching, pushing, pulling, grasping up to 8 hours

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• The work environment may include exposure to bright lights, loud noise, and varying weather conditions typical of a casino setting.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

●       Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.
