Job Summary:

Responsible for administrative tasks including answering and directing all phone calls, data entry, filing, and scanning documents.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Operate the main telephone console
• Receive incoming calls and connect to the proper party
• Receive visitors and announce them to the proper parties
• Answer general requests for information
• Perform data entry
• Process and file paperwork
• Scanning and saving documents

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma required
• 1-2 years’ receptionist experience and solid computer skills
• Good data entry skills and working knowledge of Microsoft office
• Must have ability to multitask 
• Good communication skills and experience in office practices
