Weare Middle School has an immediate opening for an MTSS-B Interventionist.
This position is a full-time role that falls under the Weare Teachers' Collective Bargaining Unit. In this highly visible role, you'll work closely with students through Tier II interventions for attendance and behavior, ensuring they have the support they need to succeed. You’ll collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and—most importantly—students to mediate conflicts, set meaningful goals, and develop re-entry plans for those who have been absent.
As a key presence in our school, you'll help create a positive and supportive environment during large-group activities and transition times. This position is perfect for someone with strong communication and conflict resolution skills, a student-centered approach, and a talent for using data to drive impactful interventions.
