Position Description: Early Childhood Floater Support
Reports to: Site Director
Status: Exempt
Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers to determine the needs and provide for the development of children birth through five
• Work to create a safe environment for children
• Implement and maintain all components regarding children birth through three, based on EHS, State Pre-K, Child Care and state and local requirements
• Perform secretarial and clerical functions of a general nature including but not limited to:
• Assist with maintenance of staff file folders
• Maintain class lists and updated emergency information (2 sets).
• Answer the telephone, take messages, route calls and represent the agency to callers.
• Perform various office-related errands as needed.
• Maintain neat and orderly lobby area-ensure all materials and supplies are organized.
• Ensure on-time and accurate collection of data using organization's database and/or funder databases.
