What You'll Do as a Manager Trainee

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations including picking, prepping, loading, and recycling
• Supervise and train warehouse staff across multiple departments (team of 40+)
• Plan daily workflows and assign tasks to ensure efficient order fulfillment
• Oversee inventory movement and ensure accurate documentation and scanning (RDT handhelds)
• Assist with resolving customer delivery issues and communicating with retail store managers
• Enforce safety procedures, lead safety meetings, and support investigations and training
• Prepare for advancement into Assistant Distribution Manager or Warehouse Manager roles

Requirements

Manager Trainee Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or operations management
• Proven experience supervising large warehouse teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable with basic computer systems
• Able to solve problems quickly and lead in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
• Valid driver’s license + ability to pass drug screen and physical
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Schedule & Compensation

• Hourly position with opportunity for advancement
• Full-time schedule: Tuesday–Saturday
• 40–50 hours/week, including some holidays
• Closed Sundays and Mondays
• Competitive hourly rate of $18/hour.
