- You have 3–5 years of experience in commercial landscape management (this is a must).
- You’re an excellent communicator with a knack for building lasting client relationships.
- You understand how to manage crews, schedules, and budgets—while keeping quality and safety top of mind.
- You're eligible to work in the U.S., 21+ years old, and have a valid driver’s license.
- Own client relationships through monthly walkthroughs, proactive communication, and on-site quality control.
- Direct daily field operations, including scheduling, routing, and managing crews.
- Deliver excellence by ensuring services meet contract scope and financial goals.
- Drive growth through enhancement proposals, irrigation management, and upselling additional services.
- Mentor and manage your team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Lead site audits and branch meetings, keeping everyone aligned and informed.
- Champion safety, maintaining a secure and productive work environment at all times.
