Responsibilities:
- Manage, submit, monitor, and complete all activities associated with part merchandising programs
- Coordinates in the development of the sales & service strategy for parts products
- Leverages analytics (ex. OLGA, BCS) to identify & define highest growth opportunities and set targets for growth
- Defines and aligns the Sales to Users (STU), Revenue, & POPS targets by parts product with the Product Support leadership team
- Develops expertise in parts products (via training, research, NPI, customer visits, etc.)
- Develops, Validates, and deploys commercial offerings based on market conditions
- Maintains accurate claim records needed for audits, performs semi-annual system maintenance {Maintaining program parts classes as they update and inputting new programs as they release}
- Assists in development and deployment of training materials around specific product categories to PSSRs, ISRs, PCAs, Etc.
- Coordinates collection of feedback from PSM, PSSRs, Service teams, Parts teams, of effectiveness of programs.
- Coordinates with marketing department to identify appropriate marketing channels to be leveraged (including digital and/or E-commerce platforms)
- Coordinates with Product Support Manager to deploy sales campaigns to the Sales team
- Monitors lead generation (ex. PSEs) and management through sales funnel
- Analyze sales performance (STU & Revenue) via analytic dashboards to monitor sales
- Evaluate adjustments to campaigns or marketing programs, when necessary, to achieve to targets
- Work within and promote vision, mission, and values of BMC
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Mechanical Engineering or related field OR equivalent experience and training.
- 3 Years of Parts Sales Strategy Development and Data Analytics Experience
- Must possess strong remote leadership qualities, good computer skills, excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- The ability to analyze data and trends is a must.
- Knowledge with AS/400, experienced with Excel and comfortable with the analysis of data sets
- Parts marketing experience is beneficial
- Technical knowledge in relation to machinery wear parts
- Knowledge of heavy machinery parts is beneficial
- Understanding of Sales Funnel Execution
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills are a must
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must have analytical thinking and decision-making competencies
- Strong aptitude for accounting is required
