Hybrid Second Shift Steel Yard Operator at Rockland Manufacturing

WHO WE ARE:

Rockland Manufacturing is a family-owned business with multiple facilities in Bedford, PA and another facility in Seguin, TX. We produce over 200 of the highest-quality custom attachments for heavy equipment made in the USA! This position is on second shift, Monday through Thursday from 3:35 PM until 2:05 AM, with overtime as required on Fridays.

WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING:

• Preparing steel for cutting/forming
• Using hand torches, grinders and chippers
• Beveling, grinding parts, operating press roll
• Removing and labeling parts from cutting tables
• Positioning material with cranes/forklifts/etc.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:

Our starting wages range from $18.50-$22.00 per hour, based on experience. We offer the opportunity for wage increases every six months, until you reach our top rate, which is currently $28.00 per hour. That’s for everyone…it doesn’t matter what your specific job is…. if you’re a top performer, you can get to top performer pay!
