We are currently hiring CNC Programmers in Charlotte, NC. Pay is $28 - $30 per hour based on experience and skill set. The ideal CNC programmer has strong understanding of CNC machining processes, blueprints and quality control standards. If you have 5+ years as a CNC programmer apply now!
CNC Programmer Responsibilities:
- Set up CNC machines for production runs, including loading tools and setting work offsets
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM software outputs
- Write and modify CNC programs using G-code and other programming languages
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and production efficiency
- Conduct quality checks
- Troubleshoot and resolve any machining issues that may arise
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines
- Maintain accurate records of production and maintenance activities
CNC Programmer Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience as a CNC Operator/Programmer
- Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics and technical drawings
- Understanding of G-code programming and CNC machining processes
- Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g. Mastercam, SolidWorks)
