The Loan Processing Specialist role will be responsible for evaluating the completeness of application packages, entering applications into the application processing system and following up on missing information on incomplete applications.
The Loan Processing Specialist role will be responsible for evaluating the completeness of application packages, entering applications into the application processing system and following up on missing information on incomplete applications.
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible to meet turn time and accuracy requirements dictated by established service level agreements.
- Evaluates debt and deposit information for the applicant and ensures that such data from the Loan and Deposit Accounting Systems is accurately presented in the application processing system. Researches and resolves discrepancies.
- Obtains Credit Bureau and Dun - Bradstreet information to complete the application.
- Inputs new - renewal application data into the application processing system in a manner that ensures compliance with turn times and accuracy levels dictated by established service level agreements.
- Performs other duties as assigned or required.
- Forwards hard score credit denials to underwriters.
