Pathways PACE has an immediate opening for a Director Business Development.

Location: Greeley, CO

Status: Full-time

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-5

Annual Pay Range: $96,948 - $121,540   (bonus incentive opportunity)

Supplemental Pay: Based on position, schedule and/or availability: Relocation Assistance

Mileage and Expense Reimbursement: Sixty-two and a half cents per mile – one of the highest in the industry!

REWARDING WORK YOU WILL DO:

Responsible for the furthering of the organization’s strategic goals through planning, development, and implementation of sales strategies for all service lines with the outcome of growth. Implements marketing and sales strategies to build and enhance community awareness of PACE.  Develops marketing campaigns to enhance the PACE programs.  Utilizes effective public relations communication strategies.  Obtains new working relationships and contracts to the extent necessary to achieve referral metrics that have been established.

  • Researches, evaluates and develops strategies and plans for new business development opportunities that drive the organization’s overall growth strategy and evolution in the care continuum. Designs and implements growth campaigns and collaborates to build brand awareness.
  • Develops marketing campaigns to enhance the PACE program.
  • Utilizes effective public relations communication strategies. Obtains new working relationships and contracts to the extent necessary to achieve referral and enrollment metrics that have been established.
  • Maintains knowledge and utilizes marketing trends, developments, and best practices.
  • Provides input of the development and oversight of customer relationship management tools.
  • Assists with education production and the development of all collateral materials.
  • Serves as the representative and attends community events, trade shows and other public events.
  • Builds and manages professional relationships with current and potential referral sources.
  • Assists management in addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Measures and reports on business results.
  • Identifies areas for process improvement i.e. product/project management
  • Establishes and implements short and long range goals, objectives, policies, and infrastructure for key areas.
  • Provides oversight and management of all facility contracts.
  • Collaborates with senior management on negotiation of contracts. Oversees enforcement and communication regarding contracts while maintaining productive relationships with provider networks, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other programs. 

 

WHAT WE ARE GOING TO LOVE ABOUT YOU:

  • Minimum Education:    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, business administration healthcare or related field.  Master’s degree in business or marketing preferred.  An equivalent combination of experience and/or education may be considered.
  • Minimum Experience:  Five (5) years’ experience in health care sales.  Previous supervisory experience required.
  • Required License:  Valid Colorado driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance in accordance with state statute.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 30 lbs.

Pathways PACE is affiliated with Care Synergy, a nonprofit network of community-based hospice and palliative care organizations serving Colorado’s Front Range and the Region’s Largest Home Health, Hospice, and Palliative Care Network. Care Synergy provides mission support services to better equip Pathways PACE to operate as a distinct and independent organization while working together to share best practices and serve more Coloradans along the Front Range.
