About the Role:

As an Acquisition Specialist, you'll connect with customers to purchase pre-owned vehicles, providing a seamless and friendly experience. You’ll use modern data tools to identify opportunities, work closely with sales managers, and help us keep our used vehicle inventory fresh and profitable.

No automotive experience required—just bring your people skills and drive to succeed!

What You'll Do:

• Identify opportunities using data mining tools (like Automotive Mastermind, vAuto Reports)

• Contact and engage customers through phone, email, and in-person

• Manage appraisals, review vehicle history, and assist with pricing

• Partner with sales and service teams to meet acquisition goals

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• Experience in customer service, sales, business development, or call centers

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• A go-getter attitude and passion for building relationships

• A valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.
