Salary Range: $107,914 - $133,305 per year plus an annual bonus

What We’re Looking For: We are seeking a seasoned Senior WMS Technical Developer with strong expertise in Red Prairie/Blue Yonder (RP/BY) to join our Global Supply Chain Technology team (Technology Enterprise Solutions). This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that demands both deep technical expertise and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

The ideal candidate will be:

• A hands-on WMS technical leader with extensive experience designing, developing, and enhancing Red Prairie/Blue Yonder WMS applications, MOCA framework, DDAs, and custom integrations.
• A Final mile subject matter expert who understands the end-to-end impact of warehousing, and fulfillment processes on inventory and order flow.
• Skilled in analyzing business requirements and translating them into scalable, well-architected solutions while leading design discussions and mentoring junior developers.
• A strategic thinker who is curious about how systems are built and interconnected, with a passion for learning and transforming complex supply chain operations into streamlined technical implementations.
• An investigative and creative problem solver, comfortable navigating ambiguity and working across systems, tools, and regions.
• Adept at collaborating across broad company infrastructure, influencing stakeholders at all levels, and building a strong internal network to get things done.
• A clear, audience-aware communicator who knows how to convey complex information in a concise, effective manner — both written and verbal — for different levels of the organization.

Required qualifications: 

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Supply Chain Technology, supporting warehousing, and/or intercompany sales processes through WMS or ERP systems.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Red Prairie/Blue Yonder (RP/BY) WMS, including MOCA framework, DDA development, and Integrator-based ERP integrations.
• Solid understanding of warehouse execution processes, inventory flow, and how systems integrate across the supply chain.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, with working knowledge of Java, Groovy, and JavaScript for technical development and troubleshooting.
• Experience designing and developing custom reports and labels using Jasper Reports or equivalent tools.
• Proven ability to lead technical design, manage development lifecycles, and support deployment across global environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a minor or background in business or supply chain is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, and communication.
• Familiarity with collaboration platforms such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Effective communication skills, with an ability to adapt messaging for different audiences — from technical teams to senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated comfort operating in fast-paced, globally distributed environments, with resilience and adaptability.

The Technology Enterprise Solution – Deliver PoD is a group of cross functional supply chain experts who are trained to understand the inner workings of the supply chain processes and the many systems that support them.  This group is highly motivated to work to enhance existing processes; correct production issues; train stakeholders on configuration of systems, execution of processes; error corrections; as well as author and own business process designs and work instructions for end users. 

This unique team works with many different cross functional partners across the many facets of the entire Amway supply chain so there are always new opportunities for building relationships and experience many learnings, each day.  This includes part of this team residing in multiple countries, with various career backgrounds, increasing exposure to different cultures, experiences, and ways of working.  Being a part of the technology group opens opportunities for learning deep system(s) process logic enabling these subject matter expert roles to influence better solutioning for process enhancements, global supply chain projects, issues resolutions and efficiencies.
