Experience Required:
We are looking to connect with experienced Power System Engineers who are passionate about improving energy infrastructure and access in emerging markets. The engineers should have a strong background in:
- Power system planning, modeling, and analysis
- Grid integration of renewable energy systems
- Transmission and distribution network design and operation
- Load forecasting, power flow studies, and system stability analysis
- Electrification planning (urban or rural) using geospatial tools
- Smart grid and energy management systems (EMS, SCADA, etc.)
Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in power system engineering
- Proficiency in tools like PSS/E, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, ETAP, HOMER, or similar
- Familiarity with national electrification strategies and regulatory frameworks
- Experience working on donor-funded or utility-scale projects is a plus
