We’re looking for someone thoughtful and capable to work closely with a visionary executive, helping bring structure and momentum to the ideas, partnerships, and priorities that matter most. It’s a role that will stretch your thinking, deepen your operational skill, and sharpen your ability to manage complexity with clarity and calm.

It’s not executive assistance in the traditional sense. There are meetings to prep and calendars to align, yes. But more importantly, there are frameworks to build, information to distill, and moving parts that need to be made coherent. You will help bring order to ambition ensuring that the right projects move forward with the right level of clarity and care.

You’ve probably heard of Richard Branson — the entrepreneur behind hundreds of companies and ventures. But what’s often missed is the kind of person who helps make that scale possible. What the Role Looks Like

You will work across projects, proposals, partnerships, and priorities coordinating with internal leads, external partners, and the executive’s office. You’ll need to:
● Help clarify strategic thinking into structured outputs — decks, briefs, plans
● Support the Chief of Staff in follow-through on cross-functional tasks and decisions
● Prepare memos, talking points, or background briefs for meetings and working sessions
● Coordinate timelines and help keep projects and people on track
● Organize thinking when things feel messy — documents, frameworks, ideas
● Assist with discreet research or pre-meeting prep on people, projects, or partners
● Handle communications and documentation with clarity and discretion
