- Office in Singapore
- Provide HR support to client groups in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, HR transactions, Communications, Employee Recognition & Engagement programs, and special HR projects.
- Assist in coordinating interviews and ensure completion of pre-employment requirements before the new hire starts work.
- Assist in coordinating pre-onboarding of new hires with Admin and ensuring new hires documents are saved into HR share drive.
- Ensure that new hires have access to Oracle and guide them to complete in Oracle Journeys the assigned employee tasks as well as check-in on Day 5.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives for HR initiated events; take photos and contribute articles for HR e-newsletter, publish the newsletter and employee engagement video.
- Coordinate training and development programs for participants and providing a report out on the evaluation results.
- Participate in HR projects.
Responsibilities
HR Support
Assist the HR team in providing support to employees and managers in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, HR operations, internal communications, employee engagement, and other HR initiatives.
Interview Coordination
Help schedule interviews and join interview sessions when needed to observe and support the process.
Pre-Employment Preparation
Follow up on outstanding pre-employment documents and checks to ensure completion before the new hire’s first day.
Onboarding Support
Assist in preparing for new hires by coordinating with Admin and ensuring all arrangements are in place ahead of time.
Document Handling
Organize and upload new hire documents to the HR shared drive in a timely and accurate manner.
Oracle System Guidance
Support new employees in navigating Oracle Journeys to complete onboarding tasks and perform a follow-up check-in on Day 5.
Employee Engagement Activities
Help plan and organize HR-led events. Capture event photos, draft short write-ups for newsletters, and assist in creating engagement videos for internal sharing.
Training Coordination
Support the coordination of training sessions, track attendance, and help gather feedback from participants for evaluation reports.
Project Participation
Join ongoing HR projects, contribute ideas, and gain hands-on experience in a variety of HR functions.
Qualifications
- Degree/undergraduate in Business or Human Resources Management.
- Positive attitude with a growth mindset.
- Able to converse effectively in English and Mandarin and have good written communication skills.
- Adept at using Microsoft Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
- Keen interest in a career in HR, self-driven and a team player.
- Candidates with no experience are welcome, as training will be provided.
