Merchandising at Castlery balances art and analytics — building thoughtful assortments that speak to both style and strategy

What you'll be doing:

  • Drive end-to-end new product development (NPD) independently, from initial alignment to product launch.

  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely and successful execution of product initiatives.

  • Support the manager in daily operational tasks, including sourcing briefs, seasonal launches, pricing, and product training.

 

What you need to succeed:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from data, spot emerging trends, and make informed, data-driven decisions.

  • Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

  • Strong communicator with the interpersonal skills needed to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
