General Summary:
We are looking for a UX Strategist to join our team and contribute to key business functions. The ideal candidate will bring relevant experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive UX strategies for enterprise-level products.
- Leverage user analytics, behavioral data, A/B testing, and KPIs to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Continuously assess and refine digital experiences based on data feedback.
- Mentor junior designers and ensure consistent UX practices across products.
- Present UX strategies and recommendations to senior stakeholders
