Your Mission
As a Product Manager for AI Accounting, you'll be at the forefront of evolving our intelligent financial platform. Your primary goal will be to free entrepreneurs from administrative burdens. You'll directly influence user activation, engagement metrics, and retention strategies, ensuring our solutions not only meet critical accounting needs but also drive sustained platform usage and customer loyalty.

What You Will Be Doing
AI-Driven Product Innovation: Leverage prompt engineering, machine learning, and AI best practices to create accounting solutions that intelligently adapt to user behaviors and regulatory requirements.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations into European accounting regulations to ensure our AI systems deliver compliant solutions across diverse markets, specifically France, Spain, and Italy.
User Journey Optimization: Apply engagement mechanics and behavioral psychology to design features that drive activation, retention, and delight.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Guide development teams in creating AI-enhanced features that transform complex accounting tasks into seamless experiences.
Data-Informed Decision Making: Use analytics to continuously measure and improve key performance indicators, validating outcomes through A/B testing and user feedback.
Strategic Product Planning: Balance quick wins with long-term AI capabilities, prioritizing features that maximize user value while building towards our vision.
Who You Are
Solid product management experience with a demonstrated track record of success.
Understanding of AI principles, prompt engineering, and natural language processing.
Experience with user engagement frameworks and activation metrics optimization.
Proficiency with analytics tools such as Metabase, Amplitude, or similar platforms (events tracking, parameters, basic SQL).
Mastery of product methodologies: including specification writing, prioritization frameworks, unit economics calculations, and JTBD (Jobs to be Done) and HADI (Hypothesis-Action-Data-Insight) approaches.
Proven experience managing development teams in agile environments.
Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Nice to Have
Understanding of gamification principles to enhance user engagement with financial products.
Background in fintech (accounting experience is highly valued).
Understanding and working with APIs.
