Key Responsibilities
- You assist in the planning, setting up and management of online research projects, either supporting or being supported by more senior colleagues.
- You have a good enough understanding of the research process at Human8 to manage a simple project with the assistance of a more senior colleague
- You collaborate well with and act as a liaison for our operations team.
- You attend activity design meetings and brainstorms.
- You can set-up recruitment screeners and activity guides, based on the client’s research objectives, and with guidance of a more senior colleague
- You grow your moderating experience on 1on1 interviews and group discussions (both synchronous and asynchronous).
- You can brief external moderators.
- You can check the status of fieldwork and communicate it internally.
- You can analyse, interpret and report on the findings of most research projects (except for very complex projects).
- You can provide draft conclusions and recommendations for review by a more senior consultant.
- You can interpret an analysis plan and use it as a base to collaborate with others (e.g. operations team, external moderator, etc.) when relevant.
- You listen with an open mind to colleague's feedback on your work.
- You grow experience by presenting internally (e.g. team meetings).
- You attend client presentations and can answer questions that relate to your analyses.
- You gain experience and exposure to clients by supporting more senior consultants with project related tasks and communications.
- You follow our marketing content for own interest and to develop your knowledge about our offering.
- You are building your social professional profile and becoming an active networker.
- You can pitch your role naturally and what impact it has on your clients, to a
- friend/family member.
- You are aware of the commercial objectives and targets of your team.
- You are aware and understand the budget build-up of projects where you have an active role.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

- Strong qualitative research skills and experience are essential for this role.
