Our production site, located in the Plenesses Industrial Zone in Thimister-Clermont, employs around 120 people. We specialize in manufacturing technical foams made from 100% recycled PET plastic—transforming billions of used bottles into high-performance materials. Our products are used in a wide range of applications, including wind turbine blades, high-speed train structures, and sustainable construction panels.

🎯 Your Role

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will actively contribute to the HR development of the site by managing Soft HR topics, while also providing administrative support and payroll backup. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Training & Development: Designing and monitoring the annual training plan in collaboration with different internal & external stakeholders
  • Recruitment & Selection: Coordinating temporary and external recruitment in collaboration with temp agencies and recruitment firms.
  • Onboarding: Coordinating and following up on the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitoring the People Development pillar as part of our WAM Manufacturing certification.
  • HR Administrative Support: Managing temporary workers, supporting various monthly HR tasks, and providing occasional backup for the Payroll & HR Admin Specialist.

🧩 Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience, ideally in Hard HR (E-Blox, Protime, Workday), within an industrial and international environment
  • Strong interest in Soft HR topics and their coordination
  • Comfortable with digital tools and HR digitalization processes: SD Worx (E-Blox), Protime, Workday (LMS/ E-Learning)
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Discretion and a strong sense of confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage priorities and stress
  • Proactive and continuous improvement mindset
  • Adaptability, eagerness to learn, and passion for HR
  • Strong interpersonal skills with all types of stakeholders
