This role
The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for managing a group of Inside Sales Representatives, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth, delivering the expected operational and financial results, through effective communication and customer engagement, by overseeing the day-to-day operations of small business partners all over the country.
Key responsibilities
Manage the Inside Sales team, guiding, engaging and providing necessary support to the team to achieve the sales targets, revenue growth, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base of the Long Tail.
Ensure high-quality remote support for partners while promoting sales growth.
Oversee lead qualification and conversion from SDRs, Marketing, and Self-Onboarding, optimizing the activation and engagement process.
Coordinate the transfer process of partner accounts to the Territorial Managers team
Monitor individual and team performance by analyzing KPIs and defining continuous improvement action plans.
Conduct continuous training and development of the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Analyze sales performance data, develop actionable insights, and implement initiatives that drive continued sales growth.
Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Solid experience in pre-sales, sales or similar position, with a successful track record in sales management and team leadership.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively influence customers, team members, and other stakeholders
Understanding of sales techniques and methodologies, with the ability to train and motivate others effectively.
Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho is a plus), Microsoft Office and Google Suites,
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales performance data to improve performance.
