Weโre looking for a curious and enthusiastic intern whoโs eager to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources, with a special focus on Recruitment. ๐ง โจ
๐ What you'll be doing:
As part of our People team, youโll get hands-on experience with the entire recruitment cycle and support a smooth and welcoming integration process for new joiners. Youโll:
๐ Assist in defining job profiles with hiring managers;
๐ฃ Help write and publish job ads across recruitment platforms;
๐งพ Support screening applications and contacting candidates;
๐ฌ Join and assist in interviews (remote and in-person);
๐ Prepare documentation for new hires and support onboarding;
๐ Contribute to recruitment reports and process improvements; and
๐ Ensure data is well organized and compliant with GDPR.
๐ฅ What weโre looking for:
๐ธ Human Resources bachelor's degree or similar;
๐ธ Great communication and interpersonal skills;
๐ธ Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible;
๐ธ Team player with a proactive learning mindset;
๐ธ Comfortable using digital tools (G-Suite, LinkedIn, etc.); and
๐ธ Fluency in Portuguese and good English skills.
๐งโ๐ Who Can Apply?
This IEFP internship is open to:
โจ Young talents (35 years old or under);
๐ Living in Portugal or having returned from abroad (must have emigrated for at least 12 months);
๐ Registered as unemployed at IEFP; and
๐ Holding a university degree (Bachelorโs, Masterโs, or higher โ Level 6+ of the QNQ framework).
