You worked previously in immigration law?
This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who wants to work at a major law firm in downtown Montreal!

YOUR ROLE:
As an Immigration Paralegal, your main responsibilities will be:
- Assist professionals in their mandates;
- Communicate professionally and efficiently with the various parties involved in the files and act as an intermediary between the client and the lawyer;
- Conduct research on legal issues in various departments and agencies;
- Prepare, draft and produce legal documents related to immigration law (questionnaires, forms, work permits, visas, permanent residence, citizenship);
- Verify the accuracy and compliance of legal documents while respecting deadlines;
- Prepare arrival instructions in Canada as well as the transmission of documents to clients.
REQUIRED SKILLS :
- DCS in paralegal technology or any other relevant training;
- Experience as an Immigration Paralegal;
- Organizational skills and team spirit;
Meticulous and excellent customer service;
Versatility, autonomy, and deadline management.
