About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Software Engineer to integrate our diffusion model and other cutting-edge AI research into production systems. You'll work at the intersection of AI and infrastructure (30/70 split), ensuring our GPU-intensive workloads scale seamlessly in production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
◦ Deploy and optimize our proprietary diffusion model in production environments
◦ Design and maintain large-scale GPU-based services on Google Cloud Platform
◦ Build containerized inference pipelines using Docker and Kubernetes on GCP
◦ Develop robust backend systems integrating PyTorch models with production infrastructure
◦ Implement real-time data pipelines using Google Firestore and other GCP services
◦ Monitor, profile, and optimize GPU workload performance at scale
◦ Collaborate with our AI researchers to transform latest research into production-ready systems
Qualifications:
◦ Proven experience in software/infrastructure development focused on AI/ML Systems
◦ Strong proficiency with Google Cloud Platform services (Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Storage, etc.)
◦ Expert-level Python skills with hands-on experience in PyTorch
◦ Demonstrated experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized GPU inference on GCP
◦ Track record of building and maintaining large-scale GPU-based services
◦ Experience with Google Firestore or similar NoSQL databases
◦ Understanding of GPU optimization techniques and distributed computing
Nice to Have:
◦ Experience with diffusion models or generative AI systems
◦ Experience in observability, monitoring and performance tuning for GPU-heavy services. Tracking latency, error rates and utilization
