At Nationale-Nederlanden, we are looking for an Employee Benefits Account Manager (Comercial Social Previsión) to join our commercial team to help our clients by offering solutions that contribute to the well-being of their employees.

Your impact at NN: what you’ll do

As an Employee Benefits Account Manager, you'll play a key role in helping companies take care of their employees.

You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and design tailored social welfare solutions that make a real difference. Beyond developing the B2B market, you'll be the go-to person for consultants, brokers, and partner companies—building strong, lasting relationships based on trust and collaboration.

Key responsibilities

  • Prospect the corporate market in search of potential clients interested in social welfare plans.

  • Define customized proposals based on customer needs.

  • Maintain and grow the client portfolio, ensuring excellent customer service.

  • Collaborate closely with the Tied Agent Channel to identify opportunities for cooperation and synergy creation.

  • Build and strengthen long-term relationships with consultants, brokers, and partner companies, as well as initiatives that create mutual value.

  • Prepare and follow up on proposals, contracts, etc., ensuring compliance with quality standards and applicable regulations.

  • Promote Nationale-Nederlanden’s visibility and positioning as a sector leader by participating in industry events and networking activities that enhance business knowledge and generate new opportunities.

Who you’ll work with

Who you are

  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Law, or a related field.

  • At least 7–8 years’ experience in the insurance sector, with a strong focus on life and corporate social welfare solutions.

  • Strong commercial drive with a sharp analytical mindset and focus on achieving results

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure

  • Proactive attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and confident negotiation skills

  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and working collaboratively

  • Clear, empathetic, and persuasive communication style

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
