We’re looking for a Working Student – Business & Office Administrator to support our Wingtranauts and help ensure the office runs efficiently. You’ll be at the heart of our daily operations and gain hands-on experience in administration, coordination, and events.
Responsibilities
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations: manage supplies, food orders, mail, scanning, and general email inbox
Handle internal requests and help maintain a tidy, functional office
Organise internal and external events
Act as a point of contact for service providers (cleaning, property management, subtenants)
Assist with onboarding/offboarding: desk setup, key handover, checklists, and welcome kits
Prepare our set-up for weekly internal presentations and assist with communication tasks
Manage internal/external merchandise stock and distributions
Proactively support a positive office atmosphere and take on additional tasks within the finance and people team if time allows
Requirements
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Interest in event planning and internal culture
Tech-savvy (Google Workspace or similar)
Friendly, team-minded, and reliable
Flexible to support 2–3 external events per year, including occasional off-hours
Availability: Friday afternoon is mandatory; the remaining hours should be spread as evenly as possible across the week to ensure continuous support.
