Responsible for external financial reporting duties, including financial statement analysis.
Key Responsibilities
· Responsible for the preparation of 10-Q/10-K equivalent reports on a quarterly/annual basis, respectively.
· Responsible for maintenance of supporting documentation related to SEC reporting, including various disclosure checklists.
- Identify and implement improvements in process or internal procedures to compile and analyze data for SEC reporting purposes more effectively.
· Assist in the implementation of new technical standards.
· In-depth analysis of financial data and capture trends.
· Support quarterly IFRS-related reporting/audit requirements.
· Ad hoc projects assigned as required.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- U.S. CPA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; Big 4 accounting experience a plus.
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting rules.
- Reporting system experience a plus (Hyperion, OneStream, etc.).
Workiva or Active Disclosure experience a plus
