We’re
looking for a motivated, tech-curious candidate to join us as a Sales Development
Representative (SDR). In this entry-level
role, you’ll
be the first point of contact for potential
customers
across the DACH region. Your job is to identify new business opportunities, spark
interest, and help feed the sales pipeline.
This role
is a stepping stone to Inside Sales or Field Sales, with
ongoing mentoring and development support.
What
You’ll Do
- Prospect smartly – Research
companies, find the right contacts, and reach out via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify leads – Understand
potential
customer
needs and decide
whether
it
makes
sense to move forward.
- Create conversations – Book discovery calls and demos for our sales or technical team.
- Follow up – Reconnect
with inbound leads and past prospects to keep OPAL-RT top of mind.
- Track your
success – Maintain
clear records in our CRM, including calls, notes, and meeting
outcomes.
- Learn
every
day – Gain technical and industry
knowledge to strengthen
your
credibility and career
path.
Who You Are
Must-haves:
- Fluent in German and English (C1 or higher, spoken and written)
- Strong communication and listening
skills – you’re not afraid to pick up the phone
- Curious, ambitious, and eager to grow in a tech-focused
environment
- Organized and self-driven – you know how to manage
your time and tasks
Nice-to-haves (but not required):
- First experience in customer service, telemarketing, sales, or tech support
- Familiarity
with
CRMs
- A background in electrical engineering or technology
is a plus
